The cementing unit is equipped with the ful-automatic cement mixing system, which is independentlyresearched and developed , The  mixing system can not only realize the control of slurry density andiquid level at the same time, but also realize the switch of manual/ auto control.The cementing unit is mainly used for oil & gas well cementing operation, and the unit can be used for cementmixing, cement squeezing, cement injection, mud displacement and bump-pressure etc, also the unit can be used forother operation including well flushing, sand prevention, pressure testing, fluid injection and small scale fracturingoperation,etc.

FEATURES & SUPERIORITY

The cement regulating valve is regulated by ram with eccentric valve element structure to avoid cement block; theopening of valve port is complied with linear requlation rules, and the ram is controlled by precision hydrocylinder, whichis fast and accurate.

The water reaulating valve is adiusted by ram with concentric valve element structure, and is controlled by precisionhydrocylinder, which is fast and accurate.
The control system requlates the volume of dry cement and water at the same time. With the regulating mode 'Cementregulating mainly and water regulating assisting', the control system can regulate the slurry density quickly and ensure theslurry stable and uniform,
The HMl adopts the touch screen to show the operation data curve and the work flow diagram, which is convenient forthe operator to monitor the whole operation status.The operation interface and function keys are in compliance with the oilfield operation habits. The operation data input isconcise and the operaiton is simple and easy to understand and learn,The unit adopts the non-radioactive densimeter which has no harm for human, and the measuring will be fast andaccurate.
The mixing tank level is measured by the guided wave radar level gauge, which can effectively reduce the deviation causedby slurry foam and mixing, So the mixing level control will be more accurate and reliable.The system can achieve the parameters monitoring, including the instantaneous flow, accumulated flow, slurry densityetc. And show the data in curve form Also the data can be downloaded.
