Product Description
1. Mud Pump Parts Valve assembly/Valve body/Valve seat
1.The valve body and valve seat of valve assembly are made from high-quality knot steel treated with 20CrMnTi carburizing and quenching processes.
2.The surface hardness is greater than HRC 60.
3.The conical surface is ground finished to ensure a high requirement for roughness and geometric dimension.
4.The rubber sheet is made of polyurethane material which improves the service life of valve assembly, the operational use time is more than 300 hours.
Different types:
1) Stem-guided Valves& Cross-arms Seats
Stem-guided valve and cross-arms seat features an extra wide metal to metal seal on the valve flange. The serrated upper surface on the valve gives a longer non breathing seal between valve body and insert while the rigid seat cross-arms give greater strength and positibe sealing.
2) Three-wing valves and full open seats.
Three-wing guided valves and full open seats features greater fluid flow than four wing valves, the unibody forged valve features greater strength than traditional welded wing valve. Innovative unibody valve design eliminates snap rings, plates or keepers providing reduced maintenance by snap-on valve inserts and easy installation.
3) Double angle O-ring valve
The Double angle O-ring valve is made with a tough one-piece body to run more hours between change outs. It's made with carburized premium alloy steel to resist wear, provide a positive seal, and help protect against wash out or damage to the pump.

2. The cylinder is made of alloy steel forgings, and the three cylinders of each pump are interchangeable.
3. The suction valve and discharge valve of F1300 and F1600 are interchangeable.
4. In order to enhance its corrosion resistance, the cylinder surface is processed by chemical nickel plating.
5. The design of straight-through cylinder valve structure, reduced the volume of the hydraulic cylinder and increased the volumetric efficiency.
6. The hydraulic cylinder, cylinder liner, piston, valve body, valve seat, valve spring, seal, valve cover, cylinder head of F1300 and F1600 are interchangeable.
