The temperature and pressure sensor (also known as a downhole permanent pressure gauge, generally a nitrogen cylinder) and the production string of the oil and gas well are run into the oil and gas layer several kilometers deep, and then the 1/8 "hydraulic control line (capillary) The temperature and pressure sensors are always connected to the surface of the fluorescent display, so that the downhole temperature and pressure can be transmitted to the surface through the capillary tube, and the instantaneous temperature and pressure at the downhole oil and gas layer can be read out through the fluorescent screen of the surface display, thereby realizing the downhole temperature and pressure,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of downhole temperature and pressure. It can also be used for pressure control of surface safety valves and other surface valves, and various connection tubelines of large-scale equipment instrumentation control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.

1/4"Hydraulic control line, mainly used for the control of downhole safety valve and gas release valve of cable packer in oil and gas wells. The 1/4 "hydraulic control tubeline is connected to the downhole safety valve and gas valve, and the on-off pressure of the oil and gas well downhole safety valve and the gas release valve through the cable packer are controlled by ground pressure. After the set pressure is reached, the oil and gas well is downhole. The safety valve and the gas release valve passing through the cable packer are opened at the same time. At this time, the oil and gas well can be normally produced, and the gas separated by the electric submersible pump can also be discharged from the annulus through the gas release valve. Then, the pressure of the control tubeline is released, so that the downhole safety valve of the oil and gas well and the gas release valve passing through the cable packer are closed at the same time, and the oil and gas well oil tubes and annulus circulation channels are all blocked, so that the safety of the oil well can be ensured. Of course, the 1/4" hydraulic control line can also be used alone for the control of downhole safety valves.

Instructions for 3/8"Hydraulic control line

The 3/8" hydraulic control line is mainly used to inject chemicals into oil and gas wells. That is, the 3/8" hydraulic control line is connected to the downhole chemical injection valve, and the descaling is performed through the 3/8" hydraulic control line and the chemical injection valve. Chemical agent is injected from the surface into the oil tube at a certain depth down the well, which effectively removes the scaling of the oil tube and ensures the normal production of oil and gas fields.
