1. Technical features:

The reinforced layer steel wire adopts the high-strength steel wire for winding hose imported from Japan;the inner rubber adopts the special formula of our company's petroleum hose, which can withstand water, gas and hydraulic oil, and the inner wall is also abrasion-resistant.
It can withstand the test of high temperature and severe cold weather, and adopts different formulas according to different media; the end joint adopts suitable 45K/60K material according to the pressure and use environment and undergoes anti-corrosion treatment and heat treatment.
The joint crimping adopts our patented technology. The diameter of the pipe body and the joint are consistent, and there is no obstruction, no eddy current and shear damage; the refractory layer adopts our company's invention patent, and the fire resistance performance should meet the rated working pressure greater than 5min under the condition of 705ºC flame temperature. It adopts anti-static armored full-diameter structure, polyurethane outer covering structure and rubber-plastic alloy outer covering structure, which is resistant to corrosion and wear.

2. Purpose:
It is suitable for the connection between the blowout preventer and the control system in oil drilling, and can also be used for conveying power and transmission medium in other high temperature and flammable places.
